Professional access
The intended service is limited to verified, licensed physicians and dentists practicing in eligible EU markets. The final terms must define accepted verification, account responsibility, territorial availability and country-specific eligibility before purchasing is enabled.
Planning and product information
Planning outputs and comparisons support purchasing decisions but do not replace professional, technical, regulatory, financial or legal advice. Final product information must match confirmed supplier documentation.
Artificial intelligence and automated tools
Doc.Set.Go. may use artificial-intelligence or automated tools to help organize planning information, produce draft summaries, support equipment comparison, identify purchasing or replenishment patterns, and assist customer support. Where a user interacts directly with an AI system, the service will provide a clear notice at or before the first interaction unless the AI nature of the interaction is already obvious.
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular clinic. It must not be treated as medical, legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice, or as a replacement for confirmed product documentation and qualified human review. Material purchasing, professional-verification and price-match decisions should be confirmed through the applicable human and documentary review process.
Where Doc.Set.Go. publishes AI-generated or materially AI-manipulated image, audio, video or public-interest text, it will provide the disclosures and technical markings required by applicable law. The final policy must also identify any automated decision-making involving personal data and explain the available safeguards and rights.
Orders and payments
The final terms must define quotations, taxes, staged pre-delivery eligibility, order triggers, balances, cancellation, refunds, delivery, installation and acceptance. No product will be delivered with an outstanding balance under the intended staged-payment model.
Warranty, service and records
Coverage, service coordination, response times, replacement equipment and record availability must be stated per product or service rather than promised generically.
